Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the d8999 platform at https://d8999.app (the "Platform"), you ("the User", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules, guidelines, or policies that d8999 may publish from time to time. These documents together constitute the entire agreement between you and d8999 ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform. Your continued use of d8999 following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. d8999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to users; it is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted according to their plain English meaning. In the event of any ambiguity, the interpretation that best protects the integrity of the Platform and the interests of its players shall prevail.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of d8999 is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of their use of the Platform:

Account Registration & Security

To access real-money games, sports betting, and promotional offers on d8999, you must complete the account registration process. Registration requires you to provide a valid email address, a unique username, a secure password, and accurate personal details including your full legal name and date of birth. • Account Closure: You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting d8999 support via live chat. Outstanding bonuses will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless otherwise specified in applicable promotional terms.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on d8999 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). d8999 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a user of d8999, you agree to use the Platform lawfully, ethically, and in good faith at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to defraud d8999 or other players, including through the use of stolen payment credentials, chargeback abuse, identity fraud, or misrepresentation of personal information, is strictly forbidden.
• Automated Software: The use of bots, scrapers, automated betting systems, scripts, or any other software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house is prohibited.
• Collusion: Communicating with other players during live dealer games or sports betting to coordinate bets or share information in a manner that confers an unfair advantage is a serious breach of fair play standards.

• Reverse Engineering: Decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering any part of the d8999 Platform, including its software, game logic, or security systems, is strictly forbidden.

d8999 reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of these obligations using all available technical means, and to take such action as it deems appropriate, up to and including permanent account closure and legal action.

Intellectual Property

All content on the d8999 Platform — including but not limited to the d8999 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, databases, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of d8999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without d8999's prior written consent.
• Use d8999's name, logo, trademarks, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without explicit written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content, game designs, or software for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
• Frame, mirror, or embed any portion of the Platform on any third-party website or application.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is subject to their own licensing terms. d8999 holds the necessary licences to offer these games on the Platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, d8999 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, server downtime, network interruptions, or software errors beyond d8999's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Inaccuracies in odds, game outcomes, or sports results caused by data feed errors from third-party providers, subject to d8999's correction policy.
• Losses attributable to your reliance on information, promotional content, or statements made on the Platform that were subsequently corrected or withdrawn.
• Interruption of service for maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances outside of d8999's control, including force majeure events such as natural disasters, civil unrest, or regulatory actions.

Where d8999 is found to be liable to you under any circumstances, d8999's total cumulative liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your d8999 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
